The Ultimate Power

The Ultimate Power (also referred to as the Ultimate Power of the Heavens) is an ancient heavenly force of immeasurable power which was mysteriously divided into two opposing elements of good and evil, light and shadow: the gold Sundrop Flower and the blue-black Moonstone Opal- hundreds of years ago.

Description[]

The Ultimate Power is the definitive manifestation of magic, born from the fusion between two opposing cosmic forces: the Drop of Sun and the Moonstone. This combination represents the absolute balance between creation and destruction, life and death, light and darkness.

Each of these entities possesses unique and extraordinary powers. The Sun Drop grants vital energy, healing and restoration, while the Moonstone grants the ability to decompose, absorb energy and manipulate matter.Separated, both sources of power are incredibly powerful, but when fused together they create an unstable, chaotic energy that can defy the laws of nature and endanger its wielder and their environment.

Heavenly/Celestial Abilities[]

As the true forms of the Sunflower and Moonstone when the two heavenly forces are combined into one, vast heavenly and abilities are unleashed.

Sundrop Flower/Sunstone: It is a source of golden energy with healing and regenerative properties. Its power comes from the sun and is linked to life and creation.
- Extremely Long Hair: Rapunzel can use her extremely long hair to grab and manipulate objects and people. On many occasions, she has been shown using her hair as a rope to swing around, a lasso to grab/hold objects and people, or a whip in combat. Her hair also appears to be incredibly light, as it is quite agile and can move around quite easily despite its large size.
- Unbreakable Hair: Rapunzel's hair has become indestructible after growing back during the events of Tangled: Before Ever After. Her hair appears to have gained strength from the Black Rocks (which caused her hair to grow back after she touched them), as it is unusually resilient and immune to any damage or debuff, even from weapons. On some occasions, Rapunzel's hair can form an extremely durable and shiny shield around herself and her allies, protecting them from any harm or debuff. On a few occasions, her hair was shown to glow yellow when near the Black Rocks, though this seems to have ceased when Cassandra obtained the Moonstone Opal.
- Healing/Healing Light: When Rapunzel chants the Healing Incantation her very long hair begins to channel the power of the Sundrop flower emitting a warm golden light shines from her hair to heal and restore biotic organisms to their optimal state of health, healing damaged or withered organisms, injuries both minor and fatal, broken bones, low vitality. This power also seems to counteract and remove poisons. Healing also cures illnesses and ailments, though Rapunzel can potentially heal any type of bodily damage, the patient must be alive, even if they are hanging on by a thin thread, they can be healed but once the patient has died, it would transcend healing and require resurrection instead. It also repairs the user's torn clothing and other beings. This ability has also been shown to heal objects.
- Longevity: Rapunzel possessing the power of the Sundrop has this ability at the peak of human conditioning. For this very reason, they age slower than normal members of their species due to having extremely healthy cells, not at the superhuman level, which extends their lifespan. They could live up to decades without any signs of aging, as this ability is at the peak human level. Furthermore, this power would activate when the user is in their young adult years, and they would appear twenty years or even a hundred times younger.
- Delayed Aging Process/ Slowed Aging: Rapunzel possessing the power of the Sundrop ages slower than normal for her species (humans) and potentially has a long lifespan.
- Perpetual Youth: By channeling the power of the Sundrop flower, Rapunzel was able to use her hair to reverse aging, meaning they age younger. Some cause them to age backwards at the same rate as they aged forwards, and others can cause them to age backwards very rapidly, going back about a year per second. Some can put them into an automatic aging process that causes them to grow progressively younger at a set rate until they turn from children into babies, though to a certain extent like Gothel used it to slow down aging to restore her youth and beauty, but the subject must have had physical contact with her hair for the enchantment to work when sung; Rapunzel's hair emits a bright yellow light when the enchantment is activated.
- Bringing Back to Life Those Who Have Recently Died: This power is channeled through her tears as when Eugene cut Rapunzel's hair later on, thus losing her power, her tears turned out to have healing powers as she was able to bring Eugene back to life after Gothel fatally stabbed him. It is unknown if Rapunzel's real body had Sundrop's regeneration abilities. It may be that Sundrop's power merged with her soul as she seemed to be able to bring love, happiness, and harmony wherever she went. It is also possible that Rapunzel actually released the drop of sunlight that created Sundrop through her tears. As such, her healing tears may have been a unique ability. However, it is still unclear how her healing powers worked when not channeled through her hair.
- Positive Force Manipulation: Rapunzel can manipulate all forms of positivity, physical and spiritual, including Creation, Healing, Angelic forces, etc.
- Creation: Rapunzel can produce something from nothing or existing sources. While this ability can take many forms, lower level users are usually limited to creating matter, from simple elements and substances to complex materials and objects. Alternatively, higher level users can create anything they can think of, be it conceptual or physical. This includes the creation of energy and forces that can produce various effects and phenomena and be used to accomplish various feats, entities that can lack or possess sentience, personality, identity, souls, and life of any complexity, cosmic phenomena such as planets and stars, entire but very limited realities ranging from smaller pocket dimensions with physical or metaphysical environments.
- Life Embodiment: Rapunzel is life itself. She possesses unlimited power over living beings and all aspects of life, as well as the knowledge of life and can be everywhere living beings are found. Users can manipulate the infinite resources of the life force of all beings, heal and immortalize anyone to absolute degrees, and manipulate the concept of life.
- Life Force Manipulation: Rapunzel can create, shape, and manipulate life force, the fundamental force that allows life to appear/exist, grow, and flourish throughout the universe. They can control their own personal life force that dwells within them, allowing them to attain untold power and great abilities that are considered beyond those of normal beings. Users utilize physical, spiritual, and mental powers to control their life force. The concept of life force is a concept closely related to the concept of power. Energy is the most basic need. Every living being needs energy to live and act in any way and power is the ability or capacity to do something or act in a certain way. This is why it can be said that this power is the foundation and the most basic fuel for all other forces.
- Life Incentive: Rapunzel can bring anyone and possibly even anything to life using a variety of means, whether it be instantly, slowly over time, after certain conditions are met, or after a certain amount of time has passed. It can be used through touch, from a distance, by simply wishing for it to happen, or by performing a certain ritual.
- Incarnation of Restoration: Rapunzel becomes the living embodiment of restoration and gains the ability to feed off of the healing and restoration of all that exists. The user possesses all the powers of healing, repairing, restoring, resurrecting, healing, etc. The user becomes stronger when something is returned to normal.
- Incarnation of Hope: Rapunzel becomes living physical manifestations or personifications of hope and gains the ability to feed off of the hope of everyone and everything, including themselves. Users can convert hope into energy and use it as a complete source to extend their own life or as a weapon. Users may never age and may be immune to death unless certain conditions are met. Users of this ability are also capable of overcoming any adversity, no matter how illogical, impossible, or inconsistent, they will always be able to do so as long as hope still exists.
- Hope Empowerment: Rapunzel become stronger, faster, more resilient, etc., thanks to hope in themselves and others, which can allow them to unlock affinity-related abilities and enhance existing powers. Some users can gain sustenance from hope or even slow or stop aging.
- Hope Manipulation: Rapunzel can sense and manipulate hope, including virtue, in themselves, people, animals, and other creatures, whether by increasing, decreasing, triggering, or otherwise channeling hope, even manifesting emotional energy on a physical level.
- Hope Induction: Rapunzel has the ability to give hope, defined as "the feeling that one can get what one wants or that events will turn out well." One who is able to wield the power of hope has no hope for themselves and continually hopes for the rest of the universe and the future. Insincere hope or hope for one's own benefit cannot manipulate the energies of hope.
- Solar Incarnation: By channeling the full power of the Sun Drop, Rapunzel can enter a state of divine power. Her eyes and hair glow a bright yellow as she personifies and embodies the sun, being naturally affinity with it and granting them unlimited or near-unlimited control over it in some cases.
- Solar Empowerment: Rapunzel becomes stronger, faster, more resilient, etc. when in contact with sunlight, possibly allowing her to unlock affinity-related abilities and enhance existing powers. Some users can gain sustenance from the sun or even slow or stop aging.
- Primordial Solar Manipulation: Rapunzel can create, shape, and manipulate solar forces of ancient primordial nature. Unlike regular Solar Manipulation, Rapunzel with this power are deities, avatars, or living incarnations of the suns themselves. In many cases, Rapunzel's power will be able to override other forms of Solar Manipulation, as the sun is the user's domain. Like other primordial elements, the raw power and primal nature of this power allows Rapunzel to easily overcome immunity to solar-based abilities.
- Solar Manipulation: Rapunzel can create, shape, and manipulate all aspects of the sun (or any other similar star), starting with its immense heat, luminosity, mass/gravitational field, magnetic field, raw nuclear energy and reaction, etc. More specific effects include solar winds and flares, geomagnetic storms, sunspot reactions, UV emissions, and promoting plant growth.
- Pure Solar Manipulation: Rapunzel can create, shape, and manipulate solar energy of a beneficial nature; that which strengthens, enhances, and causes everything in its path to flourish, representing the sustaining and preserving side of the sun, which in turn ignores most of the common limitations and weaknesses of its normal elemental variety. In essence, it is solely about controlling the positive powers of the sun.
- Solar Energy Manipulation: Rapunzel can create, shape, and manipulate solar energy.
- Solar Solidification: Rapunzel can solidify or give solid-like properties to solar energy with a level of solidity ranging from loose jelly to metal-like hardness or more.
- Solar Constructs: Rapunzel can transform solar energy/substances into different forms and objects of varying detail and permanence, ranging from simple shapes and images, through individual items, substances, and materials, to functional items such as tools and weapons, to more complex creations such as living or non-living entities, entire structures, and even environments in certain cases, among other phenomena.
- Depending on their control over the source of their constructs, those who have mastered this ability can use it for almost any situation, creating anything they need.
- Solar Power: Rapunzel possess an extraordinary amount of solar power; a cosmic elemental energy/force of the sun, from which all abilities are derived, as it is the source of the sun. In all their power, the suns, by their concept, can produce infinite levels of energy that can come from mundane and/or esoteric/supernatural natures, granting Rapunzel a wide variety of powers over time or all at once, family inheritance, mutation, or magic. By harnessing the power of the suns, Rapunzel may be capable of extraordinary feats that relate to solar forces, all of which can be used for Rapunzel's benefit. Unlike solar generation, which is the ability to generate solar energies, solar energy is the fuel behind the actual powers generated by the esoteric forces of the sun. While the universal derivation is the source of all cosmic powers everywhere in the universe, or the universal power, which are all forms of cosmic powers, solar energy is simply the energy behind all sun-based abilities. Compared to stellar energy, which is the ability to wield the powers of the stars and their stellar energies, solar energy focuses on the solar aspects of these energies: light, heat, fire, nuclear energy and plasma to produce "solar" energies.
- Sun Creation: Rapunzel can create suns and sun-like matter of any kind to orbit a planet, which could be Earth or another planet. The sun will then orbit the planet she created the sun for.
- Moonstone Opal Detection: Rapunzel's hair could detect the presence of the Moonstone Opal, as it would glow a bright yellow whenever the Moonstone was near. This ability seems to have been lost after Cassandra obtained the Moonstone.
- Solar Levitation/Flight: This ability allows Rapunzel to levitate, fly, and/or glide under the immeasurable energies of the Sun itself or substances. They can fly at various speeds, levitate, or propel themselves without taking flight, including enhanced jumping with a brief flight boost.

Acting as an internal source of power and harnessed properly, users are able to overcome all of their own personal limitations they have possessed in their offensive and defensive capabilities along with their overall abilities, increasing them to the maximum, be it from the heart, mind, soul, etc. The nature of a person's inner power is solely up to the user and is influenced solely by their inner nature and essence of being. The more in tune users become with their inner power, the more in tune they will be with their nature and able to ascend to the maximum using the pure power they carry within.
Moonstone Opal: It is a source of dark and destructive energy. Its power comes from the night and is associated with the annihilation and transformation of matter.
- Death Induction: When Rapunzel/Cassandra/Zhan Tiri sings/recites the Moonstone Spell of Death and Destruction they can kill anyone and possibly even anything using various means, either instantly, slowly over time, after certain conditions are met, or after a certain amount of time has passed. It can be induced through touch, from a distance, by simply wishing for it to happen, or by performing a certain ritual.
- Damage Induction: When Rapunzel/Cassandra/Zhan Tiri sings/recites the Moonstone Spell of Death and Destruction they can cause varying levels of pain, including physical, mental, and/or emotional, to their targets using supernatural means.
- Death Force Manipulation: When Princess Rapunzel/Zhan Tiri Sings/Recites Moonstone Spell of Death and Destruction she can create, shape, and manipulate the essence of Death, which is present in all mortals throughout the universe and is the opposite power to Life Force Manipulation; while Life Force is the essence that allows life to flourish, Death Force is what causes things to wither, rot, weaken, and eventually die. They can sense and manipulate the essence that allows Death, Destruction, and Decay to exist throughout the universe, allowing them to control decayed matter or call upon the dead for help.
- Life Force Drain: When Rapunzel/Cassandra/Zhan Tiri Chants/Recites Moonstone Spell of Death and Destruction she can absorb life force/energy, vitality and health, while drawing it from the source, into her body and use it in various ways, gaining some sort of advantage, whether it be enhancing herself, gaining the drained power, using it as a power source, etc.; either temporarily or permanently. Prolonged draining can result in long-term or permanent effects, or even death.
- Negative Force Manipulation: When Rapunzel/Cassandra/Zhan Tiri Chants/Recites Moonstone Spell of Death and Destruction she can manipulate all forms of negativity, physical and spiritual, including antimatter, nothingness, demonic forces, destruction, etc.
- Destruction: When Rapunzel/Cassandra/Zhan Tiri sings/recites the Moonstone Spell of Death and Destruction they can completely destroy things. Depending on the Rapunzel/Cassandra/Zhan Tiri, this could be anything from small objects to entire galaxies or universes and possibly even abstract concepts and/or natural forces/laws. It should be noted that users of this power still have limits. What those exact limits are will depend on the Rapunzel/Cassandra/Zhan Tiri. Whether the user can completely remove something.
- Incarnation of Death: Cassandra/Zhan Tiri embody death or the dead. At the most basic level, users would possess key physical characteristics and/or personality traits related to the concept they are personifying, usually with a skeleton theme. Most users would be exempt from death and have roles related to guiding the dead or inducing them. Some users could also manipulate death or the dead.
- Embodiment of Decay: Cassandra/Zhan Tiri become the embodiment of the natural forces of putrefaction and the inevitable decay of all things. The user possesses all the powers of necrosis, withering, rot, and death processes, and can even be empowered by them.
- Embodiment of Despair: Cassandra/Zhan Tiri become the living embodiment of despair, and gain the ability to feed off the despair of everyone and everything, including themselves. Users can convert despair into energy and use it as a complete source to extend their own life or as a weapon. They may never age, and are immune to death unless certain conditions are met.
- Empowerment of Despair: Cassandra/Zhan Tiri become stronger, faster, more resilient, etc. by despairing themselves and others, possibly unlocking affinity-related abilities and enhancing existing powers. Some users may gain sustenance from despair or even slow or stop aging.
- Despair Manipulation: Cassandra/Zhan Tiri can manipulate despair, depression, and hopelessness, either by increasing, decreasing, triggering, or otherwise modifying despair, even manifesting emotional energy on a physical level. Users of this power can cause others to feel hopeless to the point of becoming suicidal or catatonic.
- Despair Induction: Cassandra/Zhan Tiri can induce feelings of despair and depression in others, making them think there is nothing worth living for in life. The user can trigger emotions such as sadness, hopelessness, depression, and despair, possibly even driving the victim to suicide.
- Lunar Incarnation: Cassandra embodies the moon and possesses key physical characteristics and/or personality traits related to the object. Most incarnations have powers over the moon, such as being able to move the astronomical object at will, induce night, call upon various energies and forces from lunar objects and concepts, etc. Some personify various literary and non-literal aspects of the moon to fulfill a certain role in the narrative. Due to the limitless possibilities that arise from association with lunar objects and concepts, incarnations of the moon can be incredibly powerful. Absolute incarnations would have supreme dominion over all things moon-related in every conceivable and inconceivable way, also typically being the source of the moon on a conceptual and fundamental level, with lunar objects being dependent on their existence, possessing absolute knowledge and understanding of it, being essentially omnipotent over it.
- Lunar Empowerment: Cassandra becomes stronger, faster, more resilient, etc. when in contact with the moon, moonlight, or lunar energy/substance, possibly unlocking affinity-related abilities and enhancing her existing powers. The Moon's current orbital distance, about thirty times the diameter of the Earth, causes it to appear nearly the same size in the sky as the Sun, allowing it to almost exactly cover the Sun in total solar eclipses.
- Dark Moon Manipulation: Cassandra can create, shape, and manipulate lunar energy/matter of a dark and harmful nature; that which damages, destroys, and consumes everything in its path, representing the dangerous and destructive side of the moon, which in turn ignores most of the limitations and weaknesses of its normal elemental variant. In essence, it is solely about controlling the negative powers of the moon.
- Lunar Energy Manipulation: Cassandra can create, shape, and manipulate lunar energy.

- The Black Rocks: She has complete control of the supremely powerful physical defenses of the Black Rocks at her disposal; she is able to manipulate their direction and unpredictable movements at a rate greater than the rock spikes themselves. Her first demonstration of her control over them was using them as a shield to prevent Princess Rapunzel from getting close to her. Her mental connection with her seems to be strong enough that she was even able to erect the bridge they had made for Princess Rapunzel to get close to the case from within the Heavenly Magic Stone.
- Nearly Indestructible: Most physical substances have no effect, with the exception of Adira's shadow sword; made from the rocks themselves.
- Enclosure: They have power great enough to surround their enemies and trap them in impenetrable prisons that look like rocks. Quirin is the first to be completely encased in them, though his evil magics were notably aided by the golden amber in Varian's lab.
- Response and Manifestation of Feeling/Emotion: Now that they have a human host to fully harness their sinister moon-related powers, they change to a certain color that reflects their deepest feelings; first they were "fear" and "doubt."
- Lunar Shield Erection: Using the black rocks, Cass can defend herself and everything around her by commanding them to protect her from any approaching threats, even from a distance. She has yet to create one with the opal itself.
- Lunakinetic Combat: Cassandra can utilize various moon-based abilities in combat or use a fighting style that makes use of moon-like attacks.
- Lunar Flight/Levitation: Cassandra with this ability can fly, glide, and/or levitate by manipulating lunar energy and substances. They can fly at various speeds, levitate, or propel themselves without taking flight, including enhanced jumping with a brief flight burst.
- Fully Tap into the Moonstone Opal's Innermost Power: Cassandra is able to utilize the untapped power within herself (Moonstone Opal), unleashing it to its fullest and amplifying it to become stronger, pushing her hidden strength within herself beyond its limits while gaining much untold power due to her incredibly strong willpower. Zhan Tiri used the Ultimate Power to hurt people by using the Decay Incantation, after defeating her, Rapunzel used it to bring Cassandra back to life and heal people by using the Healing Incantation.
