The Spire Vault harbors dozens of ancient scrolls, weaponry and artifacts of immense magical power and energy. For millennia it has been guarded by its Keeper and his apprentice Calliope.

It first appeared in "Keeper of the Spire" and it appeared again "Race to the Spire"

The third piece of the Demantius Scroll is given to Princess Rapunzel by Calliope.

It is breached by a Moonstone-powered Cassandra and Zhan Tiri and they after the Mind Trap in Race to the Spire.

• Several of the magical artifacts within the vault are objects from different Disney films. This includes Maleficent's spinning-wheel from Sleeping Beauty (1959), the Sorcerer Hat from Fantasia (1940), the Heart Box from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (1937), the sword in the stone from The Sword in the Stone (1963), and the Black Cauldron from The Black Cauldron (1985).
