Moonstone Fragment, as its name suggests, is a tiny piece of the heavenly Moonstone Opal that broke off when it clashed with the full strength of the reborn Sundrop Flower. It was thought to be lost, but it had remained with Cassandra all along.
Out of options, Cassandra gives this empowered heavenly fragment to Princess Rapunzel, so that she can fight back against Zhan Tiri.
