Conli is a member of the Royal Guards of Corona who appear in Tangled: The Series. He is often seen with Pete, Stan, and another guard throughout the show, carrying out their duties as guards. Though they provide a fair amount of comedy to each episode, all guards are competent and efficient when carrying out their duties.

Conli wears standard Corona Guard uniform. He is shorter and skinnier than Stan by a few inches (same as Pete)

Tangled[]
Conli and Pete are first seen getting the magic flower to heal the queen. A princess is born and then stolen by Gothel. Later, he, is seen with the captain, Pete, Stan, and another guard chasing Flynn Rider and the Stabbington Brothers after they stole the crown. Flynn gets away from them, but they are able to capture the Stabbingtons. Then they go to The Snuggly Duckling as they have heard that Flynn is there. He escapes, then when Maximus comes in, he pulls a lever and the captain asks him to make sure the Stabbingtons don't get away. They are able to anyway because they knock him out and use his halberd to break each other's handcuffs.
The next day, he is seen walking by at the kingdom party and Flynn hides from him while eating a cupcake. Later he, Pete, and 2 other guards capture Flynn after they see him and the crown on a boat.
2 days later, he is seen escorting Flynn to his execution. He and another guard are knocked out by Flynn, but then they are able to get him back and Pete runs after as well to keep him from getting away. Then the dungeon doors close and Shorty asks for the password to the door they are trying to get in. After two password attempts, Vladimir pulls him off of Flynn to help him escape and his helmet falls off his head. He is later seen with Pete and Stan shooting arrows as Flynn and Maximus are escaping.
He is last seen with the other guards holding up frying pans as Maximus walks in between the guards. He gives an apple to Maximus.
